Giraffe Center Day Tour allows participants to get up close and personal with the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.
The African Fund for Endangered Wildlife Kenya (A.F.E.W. Kenya) also known as the Giraffe Center is based at Langata, which is approximately 20 kilometers from the center of Nairobi. The trip is perfect for all of the family. Everyone on the excursion gets the opportunity to feed the giraffes and interact with them in their natural homeland. The price of your the ticket goes towards the maintenance and up-keep of the park. The Giraffe Center is a non-governmental, non-profit making organization, with a focus on conservation and protection of the rare, beautiful animals.
Through breeding programs and schemes, the center has over-doubled the population of the Rothschild Giraffe in Kenya It was founded in 1979 by Betty and Jock Leslie-Melville and has since been responsible for rescuing, hand-rearing and releasing around 500 orphaned giraffes.

- All transport and game drives will be in a 4×4 Tour Van with an open roof top and English speaking safari-guide. A vehicle can take a maximum of 6 people each guaranteed a window seat.
